Sue Drath is Chief Human Capital Officer of Energizer Holdings. She leads our efforts to support one of Energizer Holdings’ most important resources: our colleagues.
Sue has global responsibility for strategic human resources activities, including talent development, organizational culture and engagement, inclusion and diversity, benefits, well-being and compensation, talent acquisition and human resources effectiveness.
Sue joined Energizer in 1992 and has held multiple roles in manufacturing and corporate human resources. Prior to her current role, Sue served as Vice President, Global Rewards; Director, Global Compensation; and Director, U.S. Benefits.
Sue holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota.
